Payment:
1. Full payment must be made within 7 days of placing your order.

Shipping:
1. Package ship as soon as possible after your payment, Post air mail will take around 20-45days, some coutry will takes 20-60 days, EMS(7-15days),”DHL” “UPS” “FEDEX” (3-8 workdays).
2. Generally, Most orders are processed within 1-3 business day. But delay delivery would happen as our storage change every moment, if you need it urgently, please kindly contact us before to check the stock. Orders must be placed by 5pm EST or they will go on the next day\\\’s business.
3. Do confirm the Address and Telephone Number which you leave to us. Telephone Number is very important for the post office could contact with you in time, so please kindly check it carefully to avoid any unnecessary bothers and loss may bring to you.
4. Customers are responsible for any custom fees, import fees, and duty taxes charged by their county, we will do our best to help avoiding or reduce the custom fees by declare the items as “gift” or declare a low value in the invoice. Returns:
Please contact us first if there are any questions after you receive the items.
1. Items can be returned within 3 days for quality problems or wrong items, but naturally we will check everything carefully from products to packaging and confirm it is in good condition. If by any chance, we will give you the refund soon after we receive the item.
2. Not for quality problem return, customers responsibility for the send and return freight. We do not cover any items for damage after use or as the result of water damage which hard for us to sell again.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
