How to order prescription lenses?

Step 1: choose the optical frame.

Step 2: choose suitable lenses.

Step 3: send us the prescription with PD.

3. What is the Index ?
Index decide the lenses thickness. there are Index 1.56, Index 1.60, Index 1.67…. higher index number means thinner lenses.

5. Why we feel the lenses is a bit thicker than i expected?

 

There are many factors effect the lenses thickness.
 
(1). Prescription. the sph and cyl are higher, then the lenses will be thicker.
(2). Lenses Index. Index is lower, the lenses is thicker.
(3). Frame Size. Frame is bigger, the lenses is thicker.
(4). PD (pupil distance). if the PD is different as Glasses Frame distance, then lenses will be moved , the more difference, the thicker of lenses.
 
6. Can i return the lenses ?
 
Because the lenses is customised according with buyer prescription, so we do not accept return lenses without any quality problem.
 
7.  Quality Assurance 
 
We will test every lenses before shipment, so normally no mistake.
if you feel it’s wrong prescription, then please test the lenses in your opitcal shop, and send us test picture. or you return the glasses by post and we will test it again and send you test picture.
we will make new lenses for you, or refund you lenses cost if confirmed it’s our mistake (return shipping cost will also be refund).

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
